Commercial draft pending legal review. These Terms govern the Free Robot Forex ("FRF") website, accounts, catalogue, affiliate access, support, and any direct paid licensing expressly enabled in the future.
Definitions
"Account identity" means the exact broker, MetaTrader platform, login and server submitted for licensing. "Affiliate access" is eligibility-based access linked to a verified partner-broker relationship. "Direct licence" is a paid licence expressly accepted by FRF. "Product" means an FRF EA, indicator, documentation or account-bound file. "Complete Access" is a separately agreed full-library licence concept, not a current public checkout product.
Registration and electronic acceptance
You must be legally able to agree, provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized use. Accepting the registration checkbox, submitting verification, requesting delivery or using a Product after receiving these Terms constitutes electronic acceptance where permitted.
Access pathways
Affiliate access requires valid attribution, eligibility and successful verification, and may end when eligibility ends. Direct licensing applies only when FRF confirms the Product, account identity, scope, price and payment method. Paid entitlement may be independent of affiliate status where the order says so. Complete Access scope and account count require written agreement.
Licence, activation and reissues
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, each Product is a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one account identity. Files may work only with the exact broker, platform, login and server recorded at activation. Source code is never included unless separately contracted. Activation, updates, rebuilds and reissues depend on compatibility, entitlement and accurate data.
Restrictions and ownership
FRF and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source, modify, defeat protection, circumvent an account lock, share credentials or files, redistribute, sublicense, publish, resell, rent or commercially exploit a Product, except where mandatory law permits an act that cannot be restricted.
Compatibility and user responsibility
MetaTrader build, operating environment, broker rules, symbols, suffixes, account type and terminal configuration may affect operation. You are responsible for installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, position sizing, risk controls, connectivity and confirming broker permission.
Risk; no advice; backtests
Leveraged trading can cause substantial loss. Products, examples, backtests and support are software and general information, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Historical and simulated results have material limitations and do not guarantee future performance. The Risk Disclosure forms part of these Terms.
Orders and payments when enabled
No public checkout or USDT payment is currently enabled. When direct checkout is enabled, FRF intends to accept USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), using the BEP-20 token standard, only. Users will be instructed to send only that asset on that network. FRF will not intentionally support deposits sent through another chain. Digital-asset transfers may be irreversible and subject to network fees, confirmation delay, address risk and exchange-rate movement.
Delivery, updates and support
EX4 or EX5 delivery occurs only after successful compilation and entitlement checks. Current workflow visuals are illustrative and do not establish that automatic compilation, packaging or delivery is live. Support covers reasonable access, documented installation and reproducible issues in supported environments. Updates and rebuilds are not guaranteed indefinitely. See the Delivery & Licensing Policy.
Availability, suspension and termination
FRF may maintain, change or suspend services for security, compatibility, legal or operational reasons. We may reject or terminate access for material breach, fraud, manipulated attribution, chargeback abuse, security risk, redistribution or circumvention. On termination you must stop use and delete affected files, subject to mandatory law.
Refunds
Refund treatment depends on payment and personalization state under the Refund Policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRF disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for trading loss, loss of capital or profit, indirect loss, data loss, broker or platform conduct, market conditions, latency, connectivity, spread, slippage, swap, outage or unsupported configuration. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded.
Indemnity and force majeure
Where legally permitted, you will indemnify FRF against third-party claims arising from your unlawful redistribution, infringement, fraud or material breach, excluding FRF's unlawful conduct. FRF is not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control.
Changes and general terms
Updates apply prospectively when published. Unenforceable provisions are severed; failure to enforce is not waiver. You may not assign a licence without consent; FRF may assign with a lawful business transfer. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement for their subject matter.
