No FRF Product purchase price exists to refund. Broker deposits, charges, trading losses and withdrawals are between user and broker.
Before payment
An unpaid request has no refund issue and creates no paid entitlement.
Paid; compilation not started
Cancellation may be requested before personalized compilation begins. Approved refunds may deduct disclosed non-recoverable processor or network costs where lawful.
Compilation started
Once compilation or configuration for the supplied account identity starts, the personalized digital order is normally non-refundable, subject to mandatory law.
Successful account-bound delivery
After successful personalized delivery, the order is normally non-refundable, except where mandatory law applies or FRF verifies an unremedied FRF failure.
FRF unable to deliver
FRF will first attempt repair, correction or reissue within a reasonable period. If FRF cannot remedy a verified failure to deliver the agreed compatible Product, a refund will be provided where required.
Incorrect user details
An incorrect broker, platform, login or exact server supplied by the user is not automatically an FRF failure and may require renewed verification, rebuild or disclosed reissue fee.
Duplicate payments
A verified duplicate is eligible for reconciliation and refund to the lawful original route, subject to identity and fraud checks.
Digital assets
When direct checkout is enabled, FRF intends to accept USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), using the BEP-20 token standard, only. FRF will not intentionally support deposits sent through another chain. Network fees may be non-refundable, and exchange-rate movement does not alter the original currency obligation unless agreed. This is not an invitation to send funds.
