How does free affiliate access work?
Open an eligible broker account through an approved FRF link, submit the requested account details, and complete verification. Eligible products are then available under the published access rules for that account.
Can I buy without opening an affiliate account?
Direct paid licensing is planned. Until a product page shows an active purchase method, contact support for availability; no checkout is currently offered on this site.
Why is the file locked to my account?
Builds are personalized for the approved account and server. This defines the licence and reduces unauthorized redistribution.
What do I need to submit?
Typically your broker, account login, server, platform, account type, and any verification evidence requested in the secure workflow. Never submit a trading password or OTP.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on successful verification, product compatibility, and build availability. Your dashboard shows the authoritative status; support can investigate delays.
What if verification is pending?
Check that submitted broker, server, and account details match. Use the account support path if the status does not update after the stated review window.
Can one file be used on multiple accounts?
No. One account-locked build is licensed for one approved account unless a separate written licence says otherwise.
Where is one-year backtest evidence?
A product page shows the evidence link only when a qualifying report is approved and publicly available for that published version.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Backtests and historical results have limitations and cannot guarantee future performance.
What is the refund policy?
Personalized digital builds generally cannot be refunded after successful delivery, except where law requires or FRF confirms a delivery failure. See the Refund Policy.
