Data processed
FRF may process registration name and email; authentication and security records; broker, platform, account login and exact server; affiliate evidence, attribution and verification status; licence identity; Product and entitlement records; build, compilation and download logs; support communications; and technical, device, request, audit and security logs. Order and payment data is processed only when a payment pathway is expressly enabled or arranged.
No trading password required
FRF does not require your broker trading password for affiliate verification under the current model. Do not send trading passwords, private keys, seed phrases or OTPs.
Purposes
We use data to register and secure accounts, verify eligibility and attribution, bind licences, administer entitlements, operate and troubleshoot build or delivery workflows, record downloads, provide support, prevent fraud and redistribution, keep audit records and meet applicable obligations.
Processors and recipients
Data may be shared as needed with hosting, infrastructure, email, security, support and enabled payment providers; relevant broker or affiliate-verification parties; professional advisers; authorities where required; or a lawful business successor.
International processing
Processing may occur outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards or a transfer mechanism, FRF will use an appropriate mechanism.
Security and retention
FRF uses proportionate access, authentication and logging safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for operation, licence enforcement, security, disputes, backup cycles and applicable duties, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Your rights
Subject to jurisdiction and lawful exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where relevant. Identity verification may be required.
