Separate broker relationship
Broker deposits remain with the broker. The broker controls acceptance, custody, pricing, execution, margin, withdrawal, account restrictions and trading conditions. FRF does not receive or hold your trading deposit and cannot guarantee broker action.
Eligibility and attribution
Access requires an eligible published offer, use of an approved FRF relationship where required, accurate broker, platform, login and server details, and valid attribution confirmed through the available verification process.
Verification outcomes
Pending, account-not-found, server mismatch, platform mismatch, attribution mismatch or inactive-account results do not unlock access. FRF may request corrected details or lawful evidence. FRF does not require a broker trading password under the current model.
Continuing eligibility
Affiliate access may pause or stop when eligibility, attribution, broker participation, account status, regional availability or Product eligibility stops. Separately paid rights are governed by their own written licence.
Fraud and manipulation
False evidence, impersonation, duplicate-account abuse, manipulated referral data, collusion, tampering, redistribution or attempts to bypass account locking may result in rejection, suspension or termination and preservation of relevant security records.
No broker guarantee
FRF does not control or warrant broker execution, pricing, slippage, spread, swap, platform availability, deposits, withdrawals or regulatory availability. Review the broker's terms and risk disclosures independently.
