Commercial draft pending legal review. Foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged products involve substantial risk. You may lose all capital committed and, where permitted, more. Trading is not suitable for everyone.
Automation and software risk
Automated tools can open, modify or close orders without further confirmation. Software defects, incorrect settings, terminal differences, incompatible updates, corrupted data, clock or symbol differences and unexpected strategy behavior can cause loss. Test in a demo environment, monitor operation and maintain an independent stop procedure.
Connectivity and execution
Latency, internet or power failure, terminal/VPS outage, rejected orders and broker interruptions can delay or prevent execution. FRF does not control broker pricing, execution, withdrawal, margin policy or platform availability.
Trading conditions
Spread widening, slippage, commissions, swaps, liquidity shortages, market gaps, news releases and volatile or closed markets may produce materially different entries, exits and losses than expected. Stop orders are not guaranteed at their requested price.
Broker and platform differences
Symbols, suffixes, contract sizes, leverage, account types, time zones, minimum distances, hedging rules and MetaTrader builds vary. A Product working in one environment may behave differently or be unavailable in another.
Backtests and optimization
Backtests are hypothetical, depend on historical-data quality and assumptions, and may approximate liquidity, latency, spread, slippage, swap, commission and rejected orders. Optimization can overfit historical conditions. Data gaps, model quality and changing market regimes limit comparability.
No guarantee or advice
No Product, result, review, evidence item, statistic or communication guarantees profit, loss prevention or future performance. FRF provides software and general information, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
Your responsibility
You alone choose whether to trade, the broker, capital, leverage, position size, settings and risk limits. Understand the strategy, test compatibility, use capital you can afford to lose, supervise automation and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
